Ideas for improvements
Tell us which feature you'd welcome in the editor or the app and in what situation it would help. The more concrete the example (e.g. "when exporting to Garmin I'd like…"), the easier it is to schedule.
Bug reports
Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. The browser and device, the editor language and, if possible, the route file (GPX/KML) that triggered the bug all help. Screenshots are welcome.

Send everything to the e-mail below. Put "Idea" or "Bug" in the subject. We usually reply within a few working days; reported bugs are tracked and we'll let you know when the fix is live.
